According to a report from MSC News, a man identified as 30-year-old Charles Scott of Geary was arrested in Brown County, Kansas and charged with possession of methamphetamines, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The report shows Scott was stopped Friday afternoon on Highway 75 for exceeding the speed limit. The deputy became suspicious when he smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and placed Scott under arrest.
Scott was booked into the Brown County jail in extreme northeast Kansas. He has since been released on bond.
