The Central Oklahoma Chapter of American Historical Society of Germans from Russia will meet at 9:15 a.m. Feb. 15 at Our Lord’s Lutheran Church, 2929 W. Hefner Road, Oklahoma City.
Registration and brunch will be first with the program to follow at 10 a.m. The presentation will be by Dr. Phil Bryant on “The Trail of Tears and the Settlement of Oklahoma by our Germans from Russia Ancestors.”
Bryant was a presenter at the AHSGR Convention held in OKC in August and is past president of the Central Oklahoma Chapter of AHSGR. Everyone is invited to come have coffee and kuchen; please bring a brunch item to share.
