For the second year in a row Watonga Elementary 1st graders have won the Oklahoma Bar Association's Law Day Essay Contest. Hadyn Kennedy, daughter of Heath and Chelsea Kennedy, won first place. Izzy Holdge, daughter of Cory and Bege Holdge, won second. The girls visited the Blaine County courthouse with Watonga Elementary Principal Ashley Stewart and were presented their plaques and prize money by Blaine County’s Judge Allison Lafferty.
