Watonga Elementary had many winners in the Oklahoma Bar Association Law Day Essay and Art Contest this year. irst Place winners, Treyson Harper and J.T. O’Dell were invited to the State Capitol for an awards ceremony with Chief Justice John Kane IV in March.
This week, all of the Watonga winners visited Judge Lafferty at the BlaineCounty Courthouse to receive their awards. First Grade Art winners, first place Treyson Harper, second place Gage Keierleber, Essay winners first place J.T.O’Dell, second place Emery Tschida, honorable mention Creed Parham. seco nd grade second place art Blake Fair, third grade second place Art Haisley House, honorable mention art Arianna Marquez, fifth grade second place art Selesa Scraper.
