Cheyenne and Arapaho Gov. Reggie Wassana was among the tribal and local dignitaries on hand when the Lucky Star Casino, Hotel and Convention Center held its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 1. The Watonga casino has become Lucky Star’s premiere venue, complete with a bar, restaurant, a huge ballroom and an 80-room hotel.
