OK3 is back! By popular demand, Watonga Community Theatre is bringing back the Oklahoma trio, OK3, for the annual membership party Tues., Aug. 5 at 7:00. The trio earned a 4-judge turn on season 25 of NBC’s The Voice.
“Watonga came out in full force last year to see OK3. WCT is thrilled to bring this dynamic group back to our community,” said Marie Tech, WCT president. “Please join us for amazing music and delicious desserts. Our membership party is always a great social event and an easy avenue to pay membership dues.”
Kenna, Sierra, and Courtney—together known as OK3—bring a dynamic blend of musical influences to their powerhouse trio, drawing inspiration from country, pop/rock, and R&B. Their shared passion for music first brought them together a decade ago through a mutual vocal coach who recognized their chemistry and potential as a group.
OK3 formed during their early teen years—at just 12, 14 and 16—and spent four formative years performing and growing together. After a brief hiatus to pursue individual paths, life brought them back together in 2021 at Sierra’s wedding. That unexpected reunion rekindled their creative bond and reignited their musical journey.
Reunited and re-energized, OK3 is now channeling their collective experiences into original music that reflects their diverse backgrounds and artistic growth. A major milestone in their comeback came when they appeared on Season 25 of NBC’s The Voice. Their tight harmonies, charisma, and powerful vocals earned them a rare four-chair turn from celebrity coaches Reba, Dan + Shay, John Legend, and Chance the Rapper. They ultimately joined Team Legend, where they continued to impress audiences nationwide.
This membership party marks the 42nd year of Watonga Community Theatre. With this milestone, the group is planning to renovate the front of the Liberty Theatre. “Through the help of our community we have met the goal to complete a facelift for the front of the building,” Tech said. “Please watch for the changes this fall. As always we couldn’t do what we do without the support of our members. Much gratitude for keeping us going for 42 years!”
