According to a probable cause affidavit from the district court of Caddo County, filed in Blaine County, Rodolfo Perez-Solano has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape by a person over 18 on a person less than 14 years old. Jessica Lyn Perez, the wife of Rodolfo Solano, was charged enabling sexual abuse of a child, child abuse and possession of child pornography.
The reports show that special agents with OSBI investigated charges that a 17-year-old girl in the Hydro household of the Perez-Solano family was pregnant and that Rodolfo Solano was the father. He is the adoptive father of the girl, the report states.
The girl disclosed in forensic interviews that since 2021 Solano had repeated sexual intercourse and anal sex with her and that her adoptive mother, Jessica Perez, knew about it, saw the acts and sometimes participated in them with her and Solano.
She also recounted both adults hitting another adopted child, kicking him and burning him with cigarette lighters. The couple is also accused of taping their sexual assaults on the underage girl and requested nude photos of her via text messages, leading to the counts of procurement of a child for pornography, and solicitation of a minor. Text messages found on Perez’s phone from 2022 show Solano engaged in sex acts with a female believed to be the girl. She would have been 14 years old at the time.
During the interviews, Perez admitted to being award o the sexual abuse since at least 2022 and that she knew the girl was pregnant and that Solano was the father, but she denied engaging in acts with the other two and blamed the girl, who she said wanted to take her place as Solano’s wife. She also denied abusing the other child.
All three children were removed from the home when the allegations were made, on or around the middle of February.
Solano’s bail was set at $1 million.
