Industry publications have broken the story that Couche-Tard, a Canadian company that owns Circle K convenience stores, has purchased the retail stores of Hutchinson Oil, or Hutch’s.
The sale should close at the end of January and includes 20 stores, most in central and western Oklahoma. It is unclear what effect this will have on local employees at Hutch’s.
