SENIOR CENTER NEWS

Hi Everyone! I sure hope you’re all staying warm during the snow storm and bonechilling low temps. Its pretty to watch, if you can be inside.

Angel Home Health was at the Center on Friday. I don’t know how many came into be checked, but I do know Jim Thompson was the winner of their door prize gift.

Things have been really slow at the Center. It’ll sure be slow this week with all the ice and snow. I’m not sure what the schedule will be.

These are the folk that delivered our meals on wheels last week. We sure appreciate them. It was D’von Paulson Curt and Brenda Stein, Vernon Brickman and Peggy Franks and Wayne Maddux Delivered two days. Thanks to all of you.

While discussing the coming weather last week. I told Dorothy we had to be open Thursday and Friday because liver and On ions and Fried Chicken are on the schedule for lunch. She just laughed at me. We are blessed to have her an Janie cook our meals for us. They do a great job preparing good meals for us.

Speaking of meals. Depending on the weather, this is our menu for the next few days. Call before 10 to have one delivered or by noon to pick one up.

Thursday- Liver and Onion or Chicken Strips

Friday — Fried Chicken

Monday -Chili or Vegetable soup

Tuesday — Ham and Beans

Wednesday — Breaded Chicken Breast

Thursday ( 25th) Breaded Pork Loin

Friday( 26th) Roast Beef ( Birthday Dinner)
