Patt Ward Curtin presents $28,000 from the Watonga Community Theatre to Mayor Gary Olsen, City Clerk Verlin Bills and City Councilman Bill Seitter for The Liberty Marquee. The theatre partnered with the City to install the first LED lighted marquee in the state.
