According to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the intersection of Oklahoma 33 and 2740 Road in Kingfisher County turned deadly Monday afternoon.
The report shows that a vehicle driven by Connor Solomon, 29, of Kingfisher was westbound on Oklahoma 33 when it stopped to make presumably a right-hand turn onto 2740 Road. The vehicle was struck in the left rear by the car driven by Alysha Bidwell-McDonagh, 20, of Greenfield as she attempted to pass the Solomon vehicle.
The Bidwell-McDonagh vehicle then entered the eastbound lane, where it was struck by a commercial vehicle – a semi- driven by Eric Titus, 41, of Ringwood. The report shows a passenger in the vehicle was injured but no other information was available.
Killed in the accident were Bidwell-McDonagh and Alexus Pendleton, 23, also of Greenfield. According to sources at the Geary School District, both Bidwell-McDonagh and Pendleton were recent Geary High School graduates.
