Cyclist Safety Bill Glides Through the House

A bill aimed at improving road safety for motorists and bicyclists rolled out of the House today with a vote of 76-13. House Bill 1770 by Rep. Mike Dobrinski, R-Okeene, is geared toward making Oklahoma’s streets and high ways safer for all.

As of March 16, there have been 432,793 confirmed cases of the Covid-19 virus in the state, up by 310 in the last 48 hours according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health. There were 87 deaths reported in the last day. This brings the death toll to 4,788.

The Good Old Days

The kids are grown with families of their own now and the granddaughters are teenagers who would rather do anything else besides hanging out with us "old" folks. It's a good thing our small grandsons don't mind being seen with us.
