On Monday, April 14, 2025, Senate Pro Tempore Lonnie Paxton led a resolution commemorating the 90th anniversary of Black Sunday and reminded Oklahomans of the continuing need to protect and conserve our soil, water, and other natural resources.

USDA Funds Flow to Damaged Communities

FARGO, ND -— Today, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins announced $340.6 million in U.S. Department of Agriculture disaster assistance to deliver relief to farmers, ranchers and rural communities impacted by natural disasters that have caused devastation across the country.

Apply For Doris Cupp Scholarship Now

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Doris Lewis Cupp Family Memorial Scholarship.All graduating seniors from Watonga High School are eligible to apply. The top selected recipient will receive a $3,000 scholarship award to support first year college expenses.

Okeene Senior Wins Tuition Grant Sponsored by Okla State

Hudson Grant Feely of Okeene is one of 130 high school students who have won scholarships and grants in the Oklahoma Scholarship Competition.
