The Blaine County Speech Contest is on Feb. 13 at Okeene High School.
This is a great chance to build confidence, practice public speaking, and support your fellow 4 H members. Please make sure to pre register with the OSU Extension Office by Feb. 9.
Dress code reminder: For the Blaine County 4 H Speech Contest, participants should come dressed in neat, school appropriate clothing such as nice jeans or slacks, khakis, a button down, blouse, polo, or a 4 H shirt. Skirts or dresses are welcome if they meet school guidelines and closed toe shoes are encouraged. Avoid shorts, sweatpants, graphic tees and flip flops. We want every 4 H’er to feel confident and prepared. We’re looking forward to a fun, encouraging day for all our participants!
