SENIOR CENTER NEWS

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I was sorry to hear there have been several new cases of corona detected recently. I think it has finally made it to Blaine County.

Things were pretty quiet around the Center this week. we only had one person in to quilt and it was Jennie Castleberry. We did have several come in for biscuits and gravy on Thursday morning. And there continues to be good turnout for exercise class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Our Meals on Wheels deliverers last WEEK WERE Joe and Teresa Bryan, Mary Brown and Karen Dugger, Tracy Walker, Janice Hood and Vernon Brickman. Thanks to all of you.

Tim Curtin’s tomato plants are still producing so he sent some down to the Center. Thank you Tim.

We are looking for someone who would be interested in taking the position of Director for the center. I do not plan to continue after the end of the year. It is a volunteer position. If you would be interested call me at the Center on Tuesday of Friday. I’m usually there from 9a.m. to about 1p.m.

Here is our menu for the coming week. please not
