Don’t Miss Out On Being A Part of the Blaine County Fair

There is a host of things that both young and adults can enter in the fair. Have a hobby of collecting? Show off your collection in the Hobby Class or gain the bragging rights in your community by winning best of show with your garden produce. Do you have laying hens? If the answer is yes, then you can enter eggs in the fair. There is a wide variety of things you can enter. Don’t miss out on showcasing your talents at the fair be it with your famous cookie recipe, canned peaches, art, photography, or your hanging basket of flowers. There is even a division for youth arts and crafts. There is a multitude of classes that one can enter for all ages!

Entries for the fair are Thursday, August 26th from 4:00-6:30 p.m. and Friday morning, August 27th 7:30 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Even if you do not have an entry at the fair, don’t miss out on coming to the fair. On Friday evening, you can enjoy the Mini Beef Show at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday morning August 28th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and going throughout the day, you can enjoy the youth livestock show by watching the 4-H and FFA member exhibit their livestock the they have worked hard on all summer, eat in the Lion’s Club Concession Stand both Friday and Saturday, and view the exhibits and booths in the Foley Building.
