Hello Readers, When was the last time you visited the library?
October has been a very busy month so far, and we have new activities at the library. We were blessed with a donation from the Carla Burns family for our Children’s Center. The Carla Burns Reading Corner is a wonderful place for kids to come and read a book, relax, or play games. There are new rugs with cozy beanbag chairs to sit on and a game center with blocks, puzzles and more.
Coming up is the Trunk or Treat event starting at 5 p.m. on Halloween here inside the library. We will surely see lots of wonderful costumes and friendly faces here to collect goodie bags. Ms. Diane Buchanan did an excellent job of decorating the library too. You can even drive by at night to see our spooky window display. We hope to see you soon for a visit and don’t forget we have crochet club every Wednesday at 1 p.m.
