Crash Kills Two, Third Dies at OKC

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a three vehicle accident near Oakwood claimed the lives of two drivers Monday and critically injured a passenger in who died later at the hospital.

The report states Kordan Sandridge, 29, of Lewisville, Texas, was northbound on U.S. 270 about three miles northwest of Oakwood when for unknown reasons his 2016 International semi veered into the southbound lane. It struck a 1999 Peterbilt semi head-on. That truck was driven by Martin Rodriguez-Rojo, 39, of Liberal, Kan. Both drivers were pinned in the vehicles for almost three hours before they were freed by Seiling Fire Department. Each was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical examiner Kathy Valentine.

Lexxionne Dedner, 21, of Lewisville, Texas was a passenger in the International semi. She was seriously injured and transported by air ambulance to Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City where she was admitted in critical condition with external injuries. An updated report showed she passed about 1:30 a.m.

The third vehicle, a 2012 Ford Econoline driven by Zhan Lin, 50, of Mooreland was able to avoid the wreckage but left the roadway. Neither Lin nor his passenger, Hung Hsien, 36, also of Mooreland, was injured.

The cause of the collision, the usage of seatbelts and the condition of the semi drivers remains under investigation.
