After a semester of planning and hard work, our culinary class hosted their Food Truck Competition today.
Each group created a food truck from recycled materials, planned a menu, cooked tasting portions of three items, and served for two hours! We are so proud of their hard work.
Our students had to be on point because diners voted in eight categories.
We’re thankful for the support of the faculty, staff, and our students’ families who stopped by to try all the food and vote.
