Hi, everyone! And Merry Christmas to all of you! I hope you all have big plans to celebrate with family and friends. If you don’t feel like cooking remember the Christmas dinner at the fairgrounds. It’s all drive through this year, no call in or delivery. It is all free, but they will accept donations. They serve from noon until the food runs out and it’s always real good.
Estalene Teply asked me to mention the big favor Dorene Flaming did for her. Dorene printed out all the attendance sheets for the exercise classes for the year. Estalene was really thrilled and said it was going to save her a lot of time. Thank you, Dorene.
The Watonga Christian Church, Florine Jindra, and Joe and Teresa Bryan all made donations this week. A big thank you to all of you.
Mary May donated in memory of Marvin Daughtery. Mary was Marvin’s secretary while he was the county superintendent. Thank you, Mary.
Louise Cooper was back to help with the quilt and I know Judy Curtin and Estalene were glad to have her.
Last week, Sharon Barnes delivered meals three days and the other days were covered by Vernon Brickman and Curt and Brenda Stein. Thanks to all of you for your help.
Remember we’ll be closed next Monday for Christmas and the following Monday for New Year’s Day. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday time. Remember the reason for Christmas.
