Traditions has offices in Watonga, Weatherford, Woodward, Chickasha and Enid, as well as 34 other locations in Oklahoma.
As the vice president of operations, she will oversee home health branches in Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. In addition, she will play a crucial role in supporting the home health team, ensuring that programming is operating at the highest standards, and continuing to implement strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.
Vickers has been a regional director of operations since 2023 and started in administration in 2017. She lives near Longview, Texas.
