A recent story indicated the change to allow sales and use of alcohol at the Blaine County Fairgrounds originated at the OSU extension office. The choice was made by the fair board, with the decision being brought to the commissioners by the extension agent, who serves as secretary for the fair board and has no vote on that body. The county commission did not vote on the matter. We regret the inaccuracy and apologize for any confusion it may have caused.
