    Two Blaine County employees were recognized in a surprise presentation Monday during the county commissioners’ meeting.

    The two women, Stashia Wilcoxson and Stacey Walters, were recognized for their quick thinking and action when on December 3, a citizen had a medical emergency in the court room. The person was unconscious and the dynamic duo got life saving efforts underway and kept it going until emergency medical personnel arrived on scene.

    The women were presented with a citation of recognition from Mike Dobrinski, who serves as Representative for District 59 in the Oklahoma House.

    Walters is the jail administrator and Wilcoxson is the assistant jail administrator.
