Dora J. (Helm) Duncan, born February 20, 1943, passed away on Saturday, February 6, after a long illness. Dora was preceded in death by her parents John,Sr and Lena Helm, brothers John, Jr and William Helm, her sister Ruth Margerum and nephews Randall Helm and John Margerum.

The memorial service celebrating and honoring the life of Arvel “Dale” Swan, 79, of Enid, will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday February 8, 2021 in the First Christian Church of Watonga with Pastor Adam Lovitt officiating. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. The service will be live streamed on the First Christian Church of Watonga’s Facebook Page and on the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Facebook page.

Charlene Wright was born December 5, 1943 to Buster O. and Minnie Mae (Hutchins) Huggins in Muldrow, OK. She passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 77. Charlene graduated from Geary High School in 1962. She was united in marriage to Donald R. “Donnie” Wright June 2, 1962 in Geary, and he preceded her in death April 12, 2018. They lived in El Reno and later moved back to the Geary area. Charlene worked at Maple Schools beginning in August of 2016. She enjoyed shopping, watching her grandkids and great grandkids in their sporting events, and re-arranging her living room. Charlene was a member of PEO, enjoyed playing Bunko, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Geary.

Graveside services for Jasper Washa Sr., 73- year-old Weatherford, OK resident, will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Chief Black Short Nose Original Allotment Cemetery north of Weatherford, OK with Pastor Gerald Panana officiating. Burial is under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Keith N. Sattler, who was a wonderful husband, father and brother, passed away on December 31, 2020. Keith was a strong willed, opinionated man with firm beliefs and convictions, but he was so very loving and supportive. He ended 2020 on his own terms.

Jay Turner Rinehart was born on June 3, 1948 in Houston, TX. Jay passed away at his home on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Yukon, OK at the age of 72.

Anna Rebecca (McElroy) Floyd, 81 of Cottonwood, AZ passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 3, 2020 after a long illness. There has been no memorial service due to Covid restrictions.

Roberto “Bob” Alderete Gonzales was called home on January 5, 2021. Bob was born in San Antonio, Texas to Daniel and Juanita Gonzales and raised by his Uncle Ben and Adelina Gonzales. He was a resident of Mathis, Texas and former longtime resident of Watonga, Oklahoma.

Marcia passed from this life Sunday, January 17, 2021, in Bartlesville OK. She was born in Greenfield to Freeman and Lorene (Stephens) Cooke on January 2, 1933She attended Geary High School in Geary, OK, where she lettered in basketball and was an FFA Queen. Janice Elizabeth Critchfield, 72 of Geary Oklahoma, died at 1:58 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Integris Hospice in Oklahoma City. She was born on May 5, 1948 in Oklahoma City to Edward & Mary Beth Paxton.
