As of January 15, there were 337,457 confirmed cases of the Covid-19 virus in the state, up by 2,210 in the last 24 hours according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health. There were 29 deaths reported in the last day. This brings the death toll to 2,804.

In Blaine County, according to emergency management officials, there are 89 active cases.

There are 16 cases in Canton; 5 cases in Geary; 9 cases in Longdale; 16 cases in Okeene, 1 in Hitchcock and 38 in Watonga. The cases are noted by zip code, so those ill may not live inside the city limits, just in the vicinity.

There are 22,613,784 cases cumulative reported nationally, up 204,652 since the last numbers were released by Johns Hopkins University. There have been 376,060 deaths in the United States, up 1,731 since last report.
