Online Winter Heating Assistance Enrollment Now Open

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Human Services is now accepting online applications for the low income home energy assistance program (LIHEAP), at OKDHSLive.org. This federally funded program helps income-eligible families with their winter heating utility bills.
