Signal Peak Silica hosted a golf tournament last weekend at Roman Nose State Park to benefit golf teams at Watonga and Clinton high schools. JR Hock, one of the organizers, said he reached out to predominately national and international partners of Signal Peak to sponsor the tourney and teams.

The freshly paved parking lot at Watonga High School was unveiled just in time for Friday night’s football scrimmage vs Hennessey. The lot has been under construction since last spring, but should be ample for the school as well as any sporting events scheduled in the future.
