Giant Cross Project Nears Completion

State Passes 241,000 Cases

As of December 15, there were 241,991 confirmed cases of the Covid-19 virus in the state, up by 2,224 in the last 24 hours according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health. There were 14 deaths reported in the last day. This brings the death toll to 2,086.

Weekly Coronavirus Updates

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has revised its guidelines for people who may have been exposed to the coronavirus. Now, instead of the standard 14-day quarantine it has been recommending, the CDC says that potential exposure warrants a quarantine of 10 or seven days, depending on one's test results and symptoms.

Gas Prices on the Rise

Oklahoma gas prices have risen 2.9 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.82/g today, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 2,294 stations. Gas prices in Oklahoma are 5.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 40.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
