The Caddo County Retired educators held their monthly meeting, Monday, Feb. 13 at Caddo Kiowa CTC. There were 17 members present along with one guest. Karen Mason delivered the monthly devotion to the group.

By Sharon Gates Hi, everybody! I’m watching the weather warnings on Sunday night. It looks like Watonga escaped any serious weather. I’m so glad. I don’t think we got much rain, though. I hear it raining so maybe we’ll end up with a good amount. We were closed on Monday, Feb.

Not All Change is Welcome

Can one sue their city for breach of contract? Maybe contract is not the right word, since I never signed anything besides my life away by promising to pay the bank an arm and a leg in perpetuity (it seemed that long, anyway) for the privilege of having a roof over our heads in our new location.
