Geary's First Christian Church Hopes New Construction Will Bring More Fun and Faith

GEARY — The First Christian Church of Geary has had a busy 2021, opening a new basketball court, storage unit and outdoor pavilion while nearing completion on a children's playground nearby.

CENTENARIANS OF OKLAHOMA was proud to honor Okeene resident Mildred Howerton, on the occasion of her 100th birthday celebration and induct her into the Centenarians of Oklahoma Hall of Fame. Mildred enjoyed china painting and traveling to show her talent.
