Hi Everyone! Hope your week was a good one. Didn’t have much excitement at the center. We had a really good group at exercise on Friday. I think there were about 23 people there. Esther Arnold led exercises to give Estalene a break. It was a good workout.

Because it appears the Covid-19 virus is going to be with us for a while, residents may need to brush up on coping mechanisms for our ‘new normal.’ We are living our lives differently, our routines are in tatters, some of us are isolated and our finances may be in shambles.
