After having struggled this season, the Watonga Eagles turned things around on Friday at Homecoming. They came out on top against the Hinton Comets by a score of 27-14. The Eagles' offense was on the mark, scoring the most points they have driven home this season.

Even though the game was over between Calumet and Kiowa, the Chieftain players took to the field and worked the mound and base lines for the upcoming game between Dover and Tupelo.The Cheiftains went on to win over Dover as well, earning them a playof berth. They will face Mill Creek at 6:30 p.m.
