SENIOR CENTER NEWS

Hi Everybody! Once again we missed out on the rain Saturday. We had gone to a family birthday party at Newalla but we got caught in it west of Oklahoma City on our way home. It really poured for a while. There was a bad accident west of El Reno.

Hinton Senior News

Saturday late afternoon, the Matrons Rook Club met at the Sr. Center to enjoy our monthly senior rook playing. All of a sudden, someone said "oh my goodness, what is that.” We looked out the double doors and saw that it was actually raining!!

It's A Virtual World

I don't know if I'll ever get used to this virtual world thing but I'm giving it my best shot. My new virtual reality headset is a joy and extremely frustrating at the same time and seriously kicking my tuchas.

We’ve had a busy week here at the museum. We had the third graders come on Tuesday for Frontier Days in celebration of the Cheyenne Arapaho land run of April 19, 1892. Watonga was 130 years old on Tuesday.
