USDA Taking Applications to Improve Waste Infrastructure in Rural Communities

WASHINGTON, D.C. –U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development today announced that USDA is now accepting applications for programs to improve water and waste disposal infrastructure for communities across the nation.

Wildlife Commission Approves Rule Changes

During its regular meeting on Dec. 8 in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission approved the entire slate of proposed regulation changes as recommended by ODWC Chief of Fisheries Ken Cunningham and Chief of Wildlife Bill Dinkines.

The City of Watonga, its citizens and council members got an early Christmas present Tuesday evening when a new city manager was hired. There were several other bits of good news for the town as well.The manager, Leroy Alsup, will begin work January 5.
