Gas Prices Drop Amid COVID-19 Outbreaks

Oklahoma gas prices have fallen 17.3 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.73/g today, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,294 stations. Gas prices in Oklahoma are 44.5 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 67.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

April 7 Elections May be Rescheduled

Last week, Oklahoma State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax declared an election emergency for local elections scheduled for April 7.

IRS Extends Tax Filing Deadline to July 15

The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service announced today that the federal income tax filing due date is automatically extended from April 15, 2020, to July 15, 2020.
