GEARY – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into a police shooting that occurred in Geary last Wednesday, Oct. 13 Ȯne man, age 46, was killed by a single shot from a Geary officer after he lunged forward with a knife, officials said.

WATONGA – A Watonga man was arrested last week after he allegedly threatened to “blow up” houses and kill several officials during a recorded phone call with an inmate at the Blaine County Jail. Luther Daukei, 38, has been charged with multiple counts of making a telephone bomb threat.
