The Central Oklahoma Chapter of AHSGR has announced its German Christmas celebration will be held Saturday, Dec. 14, at Our Lord’s Lutheran Church, 2900 W. Hefner Rd., Oklahoma City.David Jahn joined our Chapter a couple of years ago.

Retired Educators Set December Meeting

The Caddo County Retired Educators held its monthly meeting on Monday, Nov. 11 at the Caddo Kiowa Technology Center. There were 45 in attendance. Many were southwest area retirees, a few active teachers, and a few superintendents from the area.

Early Sunday morning the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop that resulted in four arrests.According to night patrol Sgt. Joe Jones, the deputy that made the stop noted irregular behavior on the part of the occupants of the car.

The termination of Watonga Police officer Monty Goodwin has been rescinded after an appeal to the city’s police review board.Goodwin was terminated in August after a series of complaints accompanied by video clips in which his use of force was drawn into question.
