Newalla Man Charged With Attempting to Lure Child

According to a probable cause affidavit for arrest, Brian Frutchey of Newalla used the Internet in an attempt to entice an underage girl into a secret meeting. That ‘girl’ was a Blaine County undercover investigator.The investigator created a profile on a chat app identified as ‘Macie’ a 15year-old.
